You have come to the right place if you want to build a great gaming PC while staying in the Budget of ₹ 35000. In this article, we are going to see a gaming PC build with a dedicated graphics card under ₹ 35000.
One of the most important things when building a gaming PC under a low budget is balance. You want to have the right CPU paired with the right GPU. Or else you might have one thing underpowered with respect to the other. In such cases, the lower performing component (mainly CPU in gaming PC’s) starts to bottleneck.
So for this article, I have tried to maintain the right balance while choosing CPU and GPU. And that’s why I have tried to choose the best possible combination while staying relevant to the budget.
CPU: Intel Core i3 9100f
If you are building a budget gaming PC in 2020 then i3 9100f is really one of the best CPU you can buy. It has even appeared on our list of best CPUs under ₹ 10000 for a gaming pc. This CPU has for cores with the base clock of 3.6 GHz and with turbo up to 4.2GHz.
Core i3 9100f comes with total cache 6 MB and four threads with a TDP of 65 watts. That allows it to perform really well with mid-budget GPUs. It can easily be used with powerful graphics cards like 1660 without worrying about bottlenecking.
That’s why for this budget we are going to use the i3 9100f as this is the best option in this budget. This processor is also value for money as its offers great performance considering the price point.
Although if you plan to upgrade to graphics like GTX 1660 Ti or higher-performing GPUs in the future then its better to use Ryzen 3 3100. As it will be more future proof and costs only two thousand more. But with Ryzen 3 3100 you will have to use B450 or B550 motherboards.
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1650
Nvidia is really popular and easily one of the best brands when it comes to GPUs. And GTX 1650 is no different, it offers great performance with high efficiency in the budget a price segment. At the time of writing this article, it costs ₹ 11500. So considering the price it’s a great graphics card.
It can get around 60 fps at 1080p in most modern games in low to medium settings. And it can get around 35-40 fps at 1080p with high settings in most modern titles. So overall in this budget its a nice GPU.
But if you can spend a little more then go for the GTX 1650 Super that costs around 14K. GTX 1650 super is a much better performing GPU as compared to GTX 1650 and can offer more than 10 fps difference in some games.
Motherboard: Gigabyte H310M-H
For this build, we are going to use the budget motherboard from Gigabyte. Gigabyte H310M-H is a great budget offering from the well-known manufacturer of the motherboard and other computer components Gigabyte.
H310M-H is from Gigabyte’s ultra-durable series that claims motherboard will last for a long time to come. It also has plenty of features to make it really a great motherboard in this budget segment. Features like Realtek Gaming LAN support, USB 3.1 Gen USB support, and its even VR ready.

HyperX Fury is a great RAM offering from Kingston. It has the highest frequency of 2666mhz and is highly energy efficient. In the long run, it will save you money while running cool and offering great performance.
Although if you want to give your system some gaming PC feel then you can go with the little expensive RGB rams. Although instead, I will advise purchasing one more stick of this RAM to make your PC’s total memory 16 GB.
Storage: Kingston Q500 M.2 240 GB SSD
For storage, we are going to use 240 GB Kingston Q500 240 GB SSD. We are using SSD because it makes boot time and game load quite a lot faster compared to the traditional HDD. And 240 GB should be sufficient for the installation of Windows and other apps.
Now if you can increase your budget then you should get a 1 TB HDD also. That can be used as storage of Media files and games. This will cost you around ₹ 2800 and 1 TB should be sufficient to meet all your storage needs.

In this budget, this PSU really suits our needs and offers high efficiency of around 85%. This efficiency will save you a lot of money in the long run. So in this budget, you can choose this PSU without any worries.
Corsair Carbide series is one of the best Gaming PC case offerings. And its Spec 01 is really a great quality case in this budget. It has a front grill giving it an aggressive look with a red led air intake fan in the front.
It has enough space to store and mount all the drives. And comes with a transparent side panel allowing you to have a direct look at the hardware and RGB components. You can easily choose this case in this budget as its one of the best offerings right now. This is the best case for budget gaming PC under 35000 or even for PCs around 40-45K.

This Gaming PC under 35000 can handle most modern games around 60fps on medium or low settings at 1080p. And if you want to play on high settings then FPS will drop around 30-40 fps. Now if you really want to play all the games in high settings then it will be vice to invest in the 1650 Super or a higher-performing GPU.
