You have come to the right place if you want to build a great gaming PC while staying in the Budget of ₹ 35000. In this article, we are going to see a gaming PC build with a dedicated graphics card under ₹ 35000.
One of the most important things when building a gaming PC under a low budget is balance. You want to have the right CPU paired with the right GPU. Or else you might have one thing underpowered with respect to the other. In such cases, the lower performing component (mainly CPU in gaming PC’s) starts to bottleneck.
So for this article, I have tried to maintain the right balance while choosing CPU and GPU. And that’s why I have tried to choose the best possible combination while staying relevant to the budget.
If you are building a budget gaming PC in 2020 then i3 9100f is really one of the best CPU you can buy. It has even appeared on our list of best CPUs under ₹ 10000 for a gaming pc. This CPU has for cores with the base clock of 3.6 GHz and with turbo up to 4.2GHz.
Core i3 9100f comes with total cache 6 MB and four threads with a TDP of 65 watts. That allows it to perform really well with mid-budget GPUs. It can easily be used with powerful graphics cards like 1660 without worrying about bottlenecking.
That’s why for this budget we are going to use the i3 9100f as this is the best option in this budget. This processor is also value for money as its offers great performance considering the price point.
Although if you plan to upgrade to graphics like GTX 1660 Ti or higher-performing GPUs in the future then its better to use Ryzen 3 3100. As it will be more future proof and costs only two thousand more. But with Ryzen 3 3100 you will have to use B450 or B550 motherboards.
Nvidia is really popular and easily one of the best brands when it comes to GPUs. And GTX 1650 is no different, it offers great performance with high efficiency in the budget a price segment. At the time of writing this article, it costs ₹ 11500. So considering the price it’s a great graphics card.
It can get around 60 fps at 1080p in most modern games in low to medium settings. And it can get around 35-40 fps at 1080p with high settings in most modern titles. So overall in this budget its a nice GPU.
But if you can spend a little more then go for the GTX 1650 Super that costs around 14K. GTX 1650 super is a much better performing GPU as compared to GTX 1650 and can offer more than 10 fps difference in some games.

For storage, we are going to use 240 GB Kingston Q500 240 GB SSD. We are using SSD because it makes boot time and game load quite a lot faster compared to the traditional HDD. And 240 GB should be sufficient for the installation of Windows and other apps.
Now if you can increase your budget then you should get a 1 TB HDD also. That can be used as storage of Media files and games. This will cost you around ₹ 2800 and 1 TB should be sufficient to meet all your storage needs.
